How soon will my account be set up and ready for use?
All Accounts are set up within 6 hours (mostly within an hour)! Once an account is set up an activation notice will be sent you via e-mail including a username, password, and IP address. You can begin uploading files to your new web site immediately thereafter using FTP. We recommend WS_FTP

What are your Nameservers?
Our Nameservers are NS1.PEELA.COM and NS2.PEELA.COM

Can I upgrade my plan or features later?
You can purchase new or expanded features or upgrade to a new plan at any time. There are no set up fees for upgrading.

Do you actively monitor and manage your network 24/7?
Yes, our network is monitored on site and remotely. If something happens to your site or our servers our technicians will be checking on it immediately.

Do I have 24/7 access to my account (s)?
Yes you do. All of our customers have full access to their account every day, all day.

Do you offer tech support every day?
Yes, We offer 24/7 e-mail, ICQ, MSN, Yahoo and AIM support.

I want to get started right away, but my domain name hasn't
transferred/isn't in the database yet. How do I do it?
You can upload your page(s) immediately by pointing your FTP client to the IP address you were assigned when you opened your account. After your domain is fully propagated through the system, you can upload to ftp.yourdomain.com

Do you host adult sites?
No, we do not allow adult content.

How do I get my email?
If you're familiar with your email client's setup, use the following information to retrieve email from your POP account:

Incoming mail (POP3) server: mail.yourdomain.com
You can have your email as yourname@yourdomain.com
